Sara Rund is an executive coach and strategist with over 20 years of experience in leadership development, change management, team optimization, and organizational effectiveness. She has worked across public, private, and nonprofit sectors, partnering with leaders to drive strategy, build high-performing teams, and navigate complex organizational change.

As a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), she takes a strengths-based approach to leadership development, talent planning, and executive coaching.   • Coaching is a collaborative partnership between a coach and an individual (or team) to enhance personal and professional growth. It involves tailored guidance, assessments, and actionable strategies to unlock potential, improve leadership capabilities, and navigate challenges.

    Coaching helps clarify goals, build self-awareness, foster accountability, and develop effective communication and problem-solving skills. Whether seeking to refine your leadership style, improve team dynamics, or manage organizational changes, coaching empowers you to make intentional, impactful progress toward achieving your desired outcomes.

  • Coaching engagements are customized to meet the individual needs of each client. Tailored coaching programs include goal-setting, leadership assessments, and ongoing support.

    A typical coaching program includes:

    • Sponsor Meeting (if applicable): The coach meets with the sponsor and/or HR to discuss the client's and the organization's expectations, goals, and challenges.

    • Goal-Setting Session: A focused session on goal-setting and creating the overarching themes of success for the client’s coaching journey.

    • Leadership Coaching Sessions: Leadership coaching sessions are often scheduled every 2–3 weeks, depending on the client’s schedule.

    • Wrap-up Session: At the end of the engagement, the coach and client hold a wrap-up session that is focused on reflecting on growth and creating a plan to continue growth and development outside of coaching.

    • Development Resources: The coach will share resources (articles, podcasts, videos) and may assign the client “homework” in between sessions related to topics discussed during coaching sessions.

    • Ongoing Support: The coach is available between sessions to touch base with the client through email, text, or phone and will respond within one business day.

  • We offer both in-person and online workshops to accommodate different teams and schedules.

  • We’re open to working with leaders across all industries. Most of our experience has been in the corporate, nonprofit, and government sectors, and we tailor our solutions to fit each organization’s unique needs.
